Allergic rhinitis is the inflammation of the nose and nasal passages. This
causes most of the acute upper respiratory infections seen throughout the
year, but symptoms may be aggravated during the pollen or ragweed season.
This is characterized by edema and vaso-dilation of the nasal mucous membrane,
pain and swelling of the maxillary sinuses, nasal discharge, and/or obstruction.
Causes may be due to bacterial or viral infections or simple allergy to
any irritants inhaled, touched or ingested.
Causes of allergic
rhinitis can be tested by NTT and treated very effectively with non-invasive
holistic approach known as NAET®.
